Metin Çalış has represented major international software and telecommunications firms, publishing houses and their alliances since 1993 in both contentious and non-contentious areas of copyright and other intellectual property law. He also renders consultancy services advising on foreign investment requirements, incorporation of companies, Joint Ventures contracts, international trade, all types of commercial contracts for both goods and services including domestic and international sale of goods, IT contracts, content and service supply agreements, franchising and distribution, debt recovery and employment issues.
EXPERIENCE: Served in senior lawyer and partner positions in leading firms until he set up his own firm.

Aylin Özçelik graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2017 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2019 after completing her legal internship at our firm.
Main practice areas include intellectual and industrial property law, as well as IT law, providing both legal consultancy and litigation services. She also has experience in personal data protection law, competition law, e-commerce, commercial law, contract law, labor law, family law and e-sports law.

Ece Nur Küçükkalfa graduated from Altınbaş University Faculty of Law in 2019. After completing her legal internship about intellectual and industrial property law , she joined Çalış Law Firm as an attorney in 2021.
Main practice areas include intellectual and industrial property law, as well as Condominium law, providing both legal consultancy and litigation services. She also has experience in commercial law, competition law, Family Law, Inheritance Law, Health Law, Personal Data Protection Law, labor law, contract law and consumer law.
